Biography

Betsy DeAnne Flower, 61, of Stephens City, Virginia, died Monday, July 26, 2010 in the Winchester Medical Center.
Ms. Flower was born July 26, 1949 in Dansville, New York, the daughter of Frank Simpson Bolton, Jr. and Audrey Jean Banker Hornyak.
She had worked for Manpower.
Surviving is her mother of Stephens City, VA; a daughter, Stacie Renee Potter of Leesburg, VA; two sons, Michael David Flower of Stephens City, VA and Thomas Paul Latta of Brandenburg, KY; and four grandchildren, Tiffany E. and Timothy E. Potter, Jr. and Christine and Jennifer Latta.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are being handled by the Enders & Shirley Funeral Home, Stephens City, VA.
